グランドゼロ。まぁ、説明はいらんだろ。
当時、自宅にいたら悪友Aから電話があり、「ワールドトレードセンターに飛行機がぶつかってるぞ！」と電話をもらった。NHKが生中継していたのだがそのとき二機目がビルに突き刺さったのを覚えている。
リアルタイムで観ていた。
あれから10年目を迎え、どういう縁なのか分からないがそこに自分が行った。まー、なんか縁というか運命なんだろうね。そして三週間ほど前の東日本大震災が起こった。
当然のことながらその「二つの出来事」が起こった背景に相関性はない。
それでグランドゼロを訪れた端的な感想は「工事現場」であった。そばに小さな博物館があり観光客が大勢いるにはいるのだが、観光地の一つになっており、時間と共に風化しているようにも見える。
そして結局のところストックは失ったが新たにフローが生まれたということだ。グランドゼロの再開発に伴い新たな雇用が生まれ、建材の需要、重機の需要、それらに伴う諸々の経済活動。
たぶん、東日本大震災も同じことが起こるだろう。
新たに「復興市場」が生まれる。
恐らく個人的にはこの復興マネーと直接関わる立場にはないと思うが、きちんと復興が順調に進むのだろうか。この閉塞感漂う日本経済に突然現れた巨大市場において復興とは関係の無い利権争いやら既得権の行使などはやめて欲しいと思っている。
そう考えると次の課題は「復興の優先順位と配分」となる。
偶然にもグランドゼロを見て、その僅か二週間後に天災という形で日本の危機に直面し、再度グランドゼロの写真を見直してそんなことを思った。

（以下、震災に対する私のスタンス）
そして震災の影響で私も厳しい状況になってきた。ある意味で都会にだって今回の震災の被災者はいるのだよ。しかも、助けを求める相手もいなければ、支援されることもない。
そうは言っても募金しているし（※コンビニで小銭を義援金箱に入れる程度※※震災以前からだけどね）、節電もしている。具体的な活動に関して、何かやるにしても数ヶ月先か来年だろう。先はまだまだ長い。今は盛り上がっているがこれから先は風化させない意識も必要だと考えている。
自粛することで復興が遅れる、というか直接被災していない前述したような「見えない被災者」がひっそりと苦しんでいるし、経済的事情による自殺者も増えることは容易に察しが付く。震災前から日本は不景気なのだよ（マスゴミではつい先日まで新卒採用のが厳しいと散々煽った割にすでにこうした点の抜けた議論が多いが）。
五体満足だから良いだろ、とか、被災者の立場で考えろ、とかいう意見もあると思うが日本の現実というのはそんなに甘くない。もしそう思うなら「非被災地の被災者」に自分を置いてみるとすぐわかる。震災前から完全失業者というのは300万人以上いるわけだし。短期的なのかも知れないが経済が一層低迷するであろうことはサラリーマンでも分かる（と思いたい）。
なので、解決策として皆さんいつもより20%くらい多めに消費しなさい。
贅沢をしろとは言わないが、普段の食事におかずをもう一品加えてみるとか、飲みに行ったら余計にビールを一杯頼むとか、そんな感じで十分だろ。自粛ムードを逆手にとって家族や恋人と過ごす時間を増やすのもステキなことだ。今の世間のムードなら平常時よりも時間を作りやすいはずだ。そんなことよりパーッと飲みに出かけるというのも男気があって格好良い、素直に賞賛したい（※ただ、こういう人は普段からやっているので「今まで以上」に消費して欲しい（笑））。
今ならみんなヒマだろうから合コンなんかもセッティングしやすいだろ。こういう時こそ婚活を。
いっそのこと子作りすればいいよ。たぶん節電にもなるだろうし。運動（？）にもなる。
生まれてくる頃には紙おむつの供給も潤沢だろう。
いずれにせよ一人20%消費を増やせば今までの不景気含め改善される部分は多い。
少なくとも被災地で失われたと言われているGDP分（4%）はなんとかなるだろう。
義援金は被災者へ、消費は日本経済へ。
なお、当ブログは西日本の方が多いので東の分まで消費して頂ければ幸いです＜(_ _)＞
