昨日、世田谷区用賀にあるいつものスーパーに買い物に。前日よりは人は少なかったが商品が無い。野菜とか肉はそれなりにあるのだが加工品が無い。あとパスタや米などは完売である。
本当は豆腐とか欲しかったのだけど結局コーヒーとペットボトルのジュースと鶏肉のみしか買えなかった。
・・・・。
これだと「ただ買い物行ったけど買えなかった奴」になるね。
いや、話はこれからだ。
結局帰ってご飯を炊くのもパスタ茹でるのも面倒だったので、そのスーパーから50mほど離れた回転寿司屋に行ったのです、いつも通り。そしていつも通り「500円」の日替わりセットを頼んだ。
ちょっとまて、まだ「日常感」が伝わっていないな。私が入店したときの店員さんとのやりとりから。
時刻は13:20頃。
店：「いらっしゃいませぇ～。」
私：「一人だけど。」
店：「こちらへどうぞぉ～！」
私：「（自分の腕時計見ながら）あっ！まだランチやってる？」
店：「はーい！大丈夫ですよ♪」
私：「それじゃ『日替わり得握り』を」（※「得握り」はこの店のメニュー名）
店：「（カウンター内の板前さんに向かって）得握りいっちょぉ～！」
それで出てきたのが↑で↓なのだ。
ここで重要なことは店員さんから「品切れ」とは一言も言われておらず、隣の客はビール頼んでたよ。ある意味国家の非常事態に関わらずのどかな光景と言える。結局のところ連日の買い占め騒動はマスゴミに煽られた情報の取捨選択できないアホな消費者が買い占めしているだけであって食糧不足の根拠はない（政府も散々言っているが）。もっと言ってしまえばスーパーで売れ残っている商品というのは高価な牛肉、カニの缶詰だったり、要するに付加価値が高く値段も相応のものだ。
安い物だけがないのである。本当に食料不足なら全て無くなっているはずだ。
しかも計画停電（我が家はグループ4）が実施されるかも分からないのに冷凍食品を買い貯めしてどうすんだ？自家発電でもしているのか？愚かとしか言いようがない。
そして、
手前からカツオ、エビ、巻物（カッパと鉄火）、奥はマグロ、イカ、サーモン、タコ、そしてホタテである（※旨そうだろぉ～、ということではないので。一応補足するがガリとお茶は食べ放題、飲み放題）。
値段が500円なので冷凍だろうと思うが別に価格が高騰しているわけでもない。しかも味噌汁と茶碗蒸しまで付いている。これが本当に食料不足ならこんなことはできない。この回転寿司屋は松屋（牛丼屋の）の系列なのでいろいろとスケールメリットが生きているんだろうが、それを踏まえても食糧不足、物資不足だとしたらこんな価格を継続しないだろう。
なので少なからず東京は食糧不足ではないし、買い占めに走る理由はない。ガソリンを買い占めることで物流が滞り、結果的に店頭から商品が無くなった、それだけの話。冷静に考えれば分かるはずだと思うが。
ただ、他の問題がある。この回転寿司屋の隣のビルにある「松屋」のドアの張り紙；
実はこの「食糧不足」はウソだ。そばにいた店員さんが言うには；
店：「実はこの建物の強度が最初の地震で危険と判断されたんです。。。」
私：「あれ？物流じゃないの？」
店：「ええ。」
私：「それじゃ、桜新町（隣駅）とか他の店はやってるの？」
店：「はい、そちらをご利用ください！」
実際のところ桜新町まで確認しに行ってないが、カレーのココイチ、マクドナルド、モスバーガーなどは営業していた。今の今という観点で言えば物流が滞っているが「不足」ではないと思う。
ただ、これ以外の場所だが「強度低下」には心当たりがある。
これは都内（23区）の某友人経営の会社。地震直後の写真。5階建ての5階とのことだで揺れが相当激しかったようだ。ビルの壁は落ち、半壊状態とのこと。相応の築年数らしくそれが影響している（※築年数まで聞いていない）。
誤解を恐れて書くが、自分で撮った写真ではないし、自分で確認したわけではないので真偽を確かめる術はなし。なので私がここで書いていることはガセネタかも知れない、ということを付け加えておく。
そうは言っても東京ですら震度5の地震だった。古い建物にダメージが無いわけがないと考えるのが自然ではなかろうか。もし余震が来たら、というか次は何がきっかけで崩壊するかなんて分からない。
食料とかガソリンよりも東京はすでに小型爆弾がいたるところにある状態かもしれないということを認識すべき。
東京には築年数が分からないほど古い雑居ビル（特に繁華街）は多い。マスゴミの報道の偏りだろうが横浜駅前の道路が隆起した件に関しての続報もない。あれだけ道路が隆起したのだから周辺地域の建物にもダメージはあるはず。他にも同様の地域はたくさんあるし。
こうしたリスクが潜んでいることを知っているだけでも万が一の時でも落ち着いて行動できる。
