昨日、近所の花屋で撮った写真。数が少なくていささか申し訳ないのだが、PCモニタの活字ばかり見てても気が滅入るだけだよ。たまには「色」を目に入れると気分が変わる、かな？
これらの写真は昨日撮った写真です。国家の一大事にあっても花は咲いているのが印象的。ちょっとくたびれた花たちでしたがそれでも無いよりはいい。「色」って人間の心理と密接なものなので気分転換になればと思う。
私は普段、「お花がキレイ！」みたいなことを思うようなセンチメンタルな人間ではない。
でも、ここ数日そんな気分になった。

放射能の影響を恐れて避難しようとしている人たちが大勢いるけど、私は避難しません。
そもそもなぜ避難するのか？なぜガソリンや食糧の買い占めが起こるのか？
この点について私の解釈。
（原因：情報弱者の存在）
「情報弱者」という人は若い世代にも多い。また情報ソースが「日本語のみ」の人たちも今の時代では「情報弱者」と言える。でもね、英語ができるに越したことはないけれど、有志の人たちが英語の記事を日本語にしてくれている。それに情報伝達のスピードがもの凄く速いために海外メディアの情報も即座に日本語で伝わってくる。すなわちそうした情報を集めるスキルが大事。なので英語ができることが絶対条件ではない（※中学生程度の英語力と辞書を引くスキルは必要だけど）。
お前は英語できるんだろ？
というツッコミに対して胸を張って「できるかできないか」と言われればできない♪と答える。
ニューヨークのスタバでコーヒー買うのにかなーり苦労したし♪
もっと言えば私の英語はフランス人にしか通じない（苦笑）
そして、上記したような有志の人たちは有事の際に能力やコネクションを最大限に活用し情報提供してくれているのです。twitterしかりfacebookしかり。マスゴミの報道の全てを否定しないけどマスゴミを100%信じることは危険。でも前述した有志の人たちが氾濫する情報をスクリーニングするためのヒントを与えてくれています。
結局のところ情報源をテレビなど旧態依然としたマスゴミにだけ依存している人たちに多い。マスゴミの本質って「恐怖と不安を煽ること」をいかに効率的にやるかなんだよ。そんな情報にだけ依存すればパニックに陥る人が多発するのも当然。
（解決策：情報弱者を助ける）
情報弱者をサポートするしかないのです。特に高齢者の。
若年層（20代、30代、40代）は放置でOK。そもそも彼らは普段から人との接触機会が多いし、それくらいは自分たちでなんとかしろよ、ってこと。ぶっちゃけ英語もできないインターネット分からない、PC使えないガキに差し伸べる手はない。それは甘えだ。
でも高齢者はテレビのみ。マスゴミの情報だけが彼らのリソース。
なのでサポートするべき相手は高齢者から。
それでまず最初は近親者からでしょう。すなわち「親」。
親がいなければ近親者、嫁の親、旦那の親、彼女の親、彼氏の親、そういう近い人で良いのです。他人のあなたが道を歩いている高齢者に話しかける必要はない。それは「不審者」と言う。血縁者や身近にいる人から。親兄弟に毎日メールするだけで良いと思う。マスゴミで流れているニュースが正しいのかどうかをちゃんと説明してあげる。
不安を取り除き、安心感を与えることができれば買い占めする人も減り、根拠不明な避難をする必要もなくなる。
パニックなんてものは認識できないリスクが最大化したときに起こるものだ。
ちなみに私は一刻も早く納豆が食べたい！
