昨日気付いたのですがコメント欄の不具合が相当あったようです。MTの管理画面で何気なくみたところけっこうなコメントが管理者認証を待っている状態でした。恐らく現在は大丈夫だと思う・・・。
以前よりコメント欄の不具合についてご指摘頂いていたに関わらず申し訳ない！
それで本日は頂いたコメントの中からいくつか「私信」になってしまいますがお返事を書かせて頂きます。
また、最近ちょくちょく海外からのアクセスがあるので（と言っても一桁ですし、半数は知り合いだと思います）写真は載せておきます。日本語分からなくてもなんとなく楽しめるサイトってことで。

そのとき4ヶ月のお子さんはそろそろ7ヶ月になった頃でしょうか・・・（トンチンカンなタイミングでの返信失礼！）。それにしてもやはりグッチさんでもTOEIC900点は壁なんですね。ただ、3年連続同一スコア近辺をキープしているのはさすがです。私は日々英語勉強しなきゃという脅迫観念に駆られています。私の最近の英語のトラウマとしては；

そういえばnobuさんも英語ベラベラでしたね。しかもウザイくらいに。日本語で話すより早い会話力？というか勢いは恐らく私の知る限りナンバー1！法学部出身でSEってのもいまだに理解不能・・・。しかも外資系だし。
そんな話はさておき、おかげさまで（？）私の友人たちは半分くらいの方々が英語堪能でございます。もうねびっくりするよ。その昔、近所のS氏宅のホームパーティ行って参加者13人中海外滞在経験無かったの私だけ、ということがありました。あのとき英語話せないことが恥ずかしかったな（そのあと数年間すっかり忘れてたけど）。先週行ったAkiさんのバースデーパーティでは日本人がほとんどでしたがAkiさんが卒業したアメリカの大学（しかもNYC）の同窓会状態だった。さらにいつもよく遊ぶレニーやらトムなど（彼らは米国人）がいて、なにやら英語率がさらに上がっている。当然そのときも海外滞在経験無かったの私だけ。
英語できないと本当に苦労する時代になりました。
皆さんの子供は英語ペラペラ、孫は海外で生まれる、
そんな時代がもう目の前です！

これと関連した「死んだふりした一年」のこの二つのネタは実は大反響だったのです。当ブログの読者の方々と直接会うと皆さん「あのネタさ・・・」と言われました。同じような経験した人は「メンタル大事だよなぁ。」とかね。「自由な状態未経験」の人にも伝わりやすかったのか珍しく（？）ご評価頂きました。
恐らく今の日本のサラリーマンに必要なのはこういう知識というかノウハウだと思う。誤解を恐れて書くけれどサラリーマンが良い悪いということではなく、「心構え」があるのとないのでは「（不本意ながら）自由になってしまったとき」に向き合う姿勢が違うだろう。これは全ての職業、職種の人に当てはまるでしょう。
「職を失うとどうなるか」この辺を税金など公的な費用（絶対払わなくてはならないお金）含めきちんと伝えている媒体が無い。また、最低限の生活費として必要な資金の目安の考え方を提示することで具体的なイメージを持ってリスクヘッジできると思います。ただ不安を煽るだけ煽ってあとは放置プレイというマスゴミの態度はどうかと思う。
不安なのは誰しも一緒。その不安に対して自分がどうあるべきか一度考えを整理してみてはどうでしょうか。
意外とこのネタはビジネスになると思います。

恐らく「現実」だと思います。ただ、そこに落胆しても仕方ない。「仕方ない」というのは無責任な意見かも知れないが、所詮他人は変えられない、と思ってしまうことが精神衛生上良い。他人は変えられないのだから自分が変わるか環境を変えるしか選択肢が無くなる。中途半端に選択肢が多いから迷うので、そう考えてしまえば迷いが一つ減るので気持ちが楽になる。
あと、経験則だけど既得権で生きている人間というのはいつか誰かの既得権によって潰されるのです。
特にゼロから築き上げた既得権よりも、年功序列的に組織の中で得られた既得権というのは本当にもろい。笑っちゃうくらい。なので今の既得権に甘んじることなく周囲への配慮を忘れないことが大事なんじゃないかな、と。
自分の利益だけを追いかけないってことでしょうか。

「英語ができるだけで食う」というのは別に悪いことだと思ってない。（※というかね、本当に「英語しかできないでカネ貰っている輩（やから）」って君らの比じゃないのよ。）。むしろ「英語ができる」ということを相手に伝えることができるというのも能力だと思う。自分の能力伝えるってけっこう難しい。
私に関して言えば英語もできないし、それ以外の能力も相手に伝わっていない、ということの結果が今の私なのです。これはこれでけっこう深刻だ。みなさんが思っている以上にし・ん・こ・く、なのだよ。
というかナオキンに関しては「英語」だけではないと思う。特に職場でのコミュニケーションなどは意外と重要なファクターな気がするし、ナオキンは上手そうだ。それに「なぜ今、シュツットガルトにいるのか」を考えてみれば歴然で、「英語＋α」が絶対あるのです。
本人が気付くかどうかは別として「第三者が決めた結果」なのだから何か必然性があった結果なので良いことなんじゃなかろうか。
あと、事業や仕事が上手く言っている人が口にする言葉に「運が良かっただけ」という言葉がある。私のデータでは全員に共通するのは「選択を間違わなかった」ということ。むろんそういう人たちに用意される選択肢というのは彼らの努力の結果としての「選択肢」なので一概に運とは言い切れない。でも、機会があれば「俺は運が良かった」という人に人生の選択肢について聞いてみると良い。恐らく「選択を間違わなかったから」と言うと思う。もっと具体的には「振り返ってみると正しい選択をしたからだと思う」というようなニュアンスで答えるはずだ。
そういう人たちはこれまでに何度か「選択を迫られたこと」がある。その選択を間違わなかったから「今の自分がある」と感じていると思う。
そうじゃなきゃその人は本当に「運だけの人」なので運の切れ目が縁の切れ目、ということで運が無くなったら近づかない方が良い。こちらの運が吸われるから。

I have a working holiday visa for Australia but I seem to be having trouble finding accommodation. Does anyone know how working holiday visa holders go about finding a house rental? I'm aware of the real estate finder websites, my problem is the fact that those guys require a physical inspection before they can accept your application.. . If anyone has any idea what the best way to go about this is, it would be really helpful (maybe some sort of government help or something for foreigners looking to rent a house in Australia?).
