やっと体調が回復してきた。5日間寝込むというあり得ない状態はいつ以来だろうか。
ひとまずなんとか回復しつつあるので良しとしよう。
それでこういうときはなかなか書けないでいたお題を書くことにする。

昨年末に書いた「死んだふりした一年」という覚えておられるだろうか？
実はこの一ヶ月で一番反響があったのです。
ちなみにこのブログでは読者からメールが来ることもなく、コメント欄に何か書かれる訳でもありません。現実世界で会った方、実数としては三名でしたが反応をもらいました。
最近、ちょっと交流関係に流動性が無いのですが、無いなりに新規の方とも会っているのでそういう中で三名というのは意外と大きな数字だと捉えています。
特に「メンタル鍛えろ」のフレーズに反応いただきました。
この「メンタル」に関して反応した方たちはやはりそれなりに苦労した時期があり、私の言わんとしていることにご賛同いただいたのですが、彼らは今は元気に働いています。それでもやはり「あの頃」を思い出すとゾッとするようです。
まぁ、そんなこと言っていたら現役で彼らの「あの頃」をやっている私はどうなんだ？という話になりますがそこは察してください。
それで私もそうでしたがある程度予測はしているものの「自由になる日」というのはある日突然やってくるものです。ただ、そういう状況を予想していれば何も慌てることはなく、メンタル面で「病院通い」することもなくなります。病院通いする人をバカにするというか蔑む人がたまにいますが、そういう奴を見つけたら私に言っていただければ処置します。現実はそんなに甘い話ではないのです。
さて、余談はさておき日々どういう準備をすることでリスク回避ができるかを書きます。あくまで個人の経験ですがそんなこと書いているブログはありませんので役に立つと思います。
では始めますか。

●最低18ヶ月分の生活費のストックを貯める。
まずは毎月の固定費と変動費を把握する。これで一ヶ月あたりの生活費がわかり、概ね自分の生活レベルに必要な費用が分かります。これをドンブリ勘定でやっていると収拾付かない事態に陥ります。私の場合は独身ですのでこの辺は極めてシンプルに計算できますが、恐らくこれから過酷な状況を迎える人たちは「家族持ち（概ね4人家族）」だと思いますのである程度多めに計算しないとなりません。
また、コツとしては最低でも毎月の収入の30%（※手取りの金額）以上は貯蓄する意識を持つことです。さらに言ってもしまえば「賞与（いわゆるボーナス）」は手取金額の80%以上は貯蓄することです。
そして、「残業代」は最初から無いものとして貯蓄に回すこと。
一応言っておきますが私は「残業代」というのを貰ったことがないので分かりませんが世間では残業代が減ったから生活が苦しいという人がいる、ということをテレビでやっていたので書いたまでで、個人的には書く必要性すら感じていない項目です。
それで貯蓄を「どういう形」で保管するかですが、保険、証券、債権などなどあると思いますが、今なら「現金かそれと同等の金融商品」ということでしょうか。むろん換金性の高さも重要ですが、元本保全を念頭に置いた方が良い。
私の反省ですが私は資産の2/3を証券にしていたおかげでリーマンショックの際に総資産の1/2以上が消えました・・・・(T_T) （もう大変・・・）
あと、なぜ18ヶ月かというと；
・まぁ一年くらいなら遊んでも大丈夫な状態
と、
・保険と税金
です。特に保険と税金は要注意。まあ、どちらも分割できるますが、それはそれで心理的に面倒なものですよ、とだけ付け加えておく。
●生活の質を下げずコストを下げる。
上記のような生活をすると「貧乏くさいからイヤ」とか「セコイ奴だと思われたくない」というご意見があるかと思います。
断言したいことが一つ；
「たぶん、あたなは私よりも貧乏くさくて、セコイ奴です。」
これは間違いない。私はここ最近こそ貧乏臭いです（自己申告レベル）が、でも貧乏くさく無い（他者意見）と思います。なぜそんなことが言えるかというと価値のあるものにしかお金を使わないし、それを見つけるために努力をしているのです。
「貧乏くさい」とか「セコイ」というのは「その場」での金の使い方に依存するもので「預金残高とか年収とは無関係」なのです（※この時点で理解できない人はこれ以上読んでも無駄です。また、飲み屋のマスターやお姉ちゃんから認められることは無いでしょう）。
金持っているからモテるとかそういう問題じゃないのです。金持ちだからモテるかどうかはその「あと」の話であって常に「立ち振る舞い」が見られているのです。
話が逸れました（※これ以上書くとお金貰いたくなるので書きません）。
それで何が言いたいかというと、世の中「高い＝良いモノ」ではないことが「意外と多い」ということで、その逆に「安くてもあり得ないようなモノ」もあるのです。
要はこういう「値段に比してありえないようなモノを見つけ感動できるような心を持つ」ということです。
今月に入って二度ほど第三者が企画する飲み会に参加させて頂いた時のこと。一つは渋谷で一つは池袋でした。
まずは渋谷。
駅から徒歩1分くらいの立地でしたがここの不味いこと。飲み放題で三千円弱だったので期待すべくも無かったが、それにしても酷かった。内装も「それなり」で酒は「ドブ水」、料理は「残飯」みたいな感じで店員はビールと発泡酒の区別も付かないようなガキ。それでも外には若い連中が並ぶような店。
アレンジしてくれた方も我々のいささか微妙な空気を察して気遣ってくれましたが、アレンジした人の問題ではなく、それでも良しとする消費者の問題だと思った。こんなものに「三千円もの大金」使うくらいなら他にも選択肢はあるのです。そして得てしてそういう店は10年前から値段なんて変わっていないのです。
その後は私の行きつけの某店に行ってみんなでワイワイ「リーズナブル」に楽しみました。
そして新宿。
料理は悪くない。でも、店員の態度が悪かった。こちらも「三千円もの大金」ではあったが前述の渋谷よりもマシ。しかし、ルール厳しい。「食べ放題」と唱っている鍋料理は開始30分でラストオーダーだし、交渉しても一歩も引かず。メンドクセーったらありゃしない。
こうしてたかが「三千円」。いや、三千円は私でもさほど高いとは思わない金額（※質には拘る）ではあるが、それでも納得できない「三千円」があるのです。たぶん、私のアテンドでそういう店に友人らを連れて行ったら大ブーイングでしょう。分かります。
なぜなら私は「質を下げずにコストを下げる天才」だからです。
ただし、これは価格交渉力ということではなく、要するにその場の目的を捉え、どう判断するかなんです。前述の二件の場合は目的としてはさほど外れてはいなかったのです。
結局のところ一件目で書きましたが「リーズナブルに楽しむ努力」ということです。これは「貧乏人の遊び」ということではなく、豊かな友達とリーズナブルに遊べれば良いということです。これを無理して一人一万円くらいの店とか行くと「旨いのは当然」としてそれ以外に何か面白いことがあるの？ということになる。でも、もしあなたが一次会、二次会でも構わないが一緒の「連れ」をどう安く楽しませてあげることができるかを考えれば「質を下げずコストを下げる」テクニックが身に付きます。
●他人と比較しないマインド
この辺から難しくなる。
なぜなら経済的な理由というのは意外と解決策が見つかるのです。ギャンブルと女で作った借金はどうしようもないが、事業における借金というのはそこにいたるプロセスでその借りた人の人格の話なのでこれは個人差が大きいですよね♪としか言いようがない。それでも事業で失敗した人というのはその後何から返済しているのです。
しかし、次にステップを踏む運命にある「自由になってしまったあたな」は一ヶ月もしない内に「第三者」と自分を比較してしまうのです。実にこれが多岐に渡る。
・中学時代の同級生
・高校時代の同級生
・大学時代の同級生
・職場の同僚
・合コンで知り合った友達の友達
・テレビで見たリストラされた50代
・テレビで見たイケイケの30代起業家
などなど。これはキリがない。でも、比較したところで「第三者の都合で自由になったあなた」には何も関係が無いのです。比較したところで何か生まれる訳ではありません。
事実、私は「何も」生まれませんでした。違いを比較したところでそれは「運」だから。そこを嘆いても仕方ないのです。世の中にはアホなのに出世している連中なんてわんさかいます。でも、社会とはそういうものです、少なからず日本という国はね。
そんな「他人と比較」しても失望感しか生まれません。誰かと「比較」した瞬間にあなたの「負けロード」が見えているのです。比較なんてしないで参考程度に「自分スタイル」を探すしかない。
●誰も助けてはくれないよ。
「誰かが助けてくれる」とか「俺は大丈夫」などと楽観的には考えないこと。
そもそも「助けて貰う」という発想が間違っているのだが、それでも甘い連中がいるので敢えて書いておくとだね、失業保険なんぞは自己都合で三ヶ月、会社都合でも六ヶ月なのです。しかも限度額で受け取っても10万円とちょっと/月。そりゃ既得権益だけの「サラリーマン」がのさばるさ。
私も応募した会社数に比して8%くらいの会社に面接行ったがこれがどいつもこいつも使えない感じの連中が出てくることが多い。正確には書類を見た奴と面接する奴は全く別なのである。
しかも社内での意思疎通が出来ていないので面接は全くトントンカンな空気に包まれる。
これが極めてウザイ。同じ土俵であれば楽勝で勝てる連中しか出てこないし、それ以前に会話が面白くない。まぁー、私のような人間の場合はそういう人たちから好感を持たれるわけがないので不採用になるのだが、言いたいことはそういうことではなく、「あなたは大丈夫？」ということ。
今現在あなたはきっと相応のポジションにいるのです。もし、ある日突然上司から「面接しろ」と言われ出てみたら自分と同年代の奴がいたらどういう対応ができるだろうか？
ここであなたがどういう対応をする人間かによってその後あなたが「自由になったとき」に助けてくれる人の「像」が見えてくるはず。もしそれが見えてこないなら態度を改めろ。
だってさ、あなたが「人様」を面接できるというのはあくまで「会社から与えられた既得権」なのであってあなたの「人格」に与えられたものではないのだから。
所詮、あなたは「会社の名刺の肩書き」まであなたであって名前は必要ないのだよ。
●さて、どうするか。
そんなこと知らんがな（笑）
ただ、一つ言えることは昭和48年、昭和47年生まれというのは「ベビーブーマー」世代なのでこれからも厳しいだろうな。もっと言えば今の30代は皆厳しい。
まぁ、2010年の人口ピラミッドを見よう；
こうしてみると今の30代は概して厳しい。また、失業率が5%で騒いでいるが実は一番働くべき年代が働けていない失業率とも言えなくもない。
でもね、残念なことに今の日本政府、というか日本国民はこれを受け入れているのです。
あなたがもし「ある日突然自由」になっても受け皿は無いかも知れない可能性が大きいのです（※このことに気付くとなんとなーく税金払いたくなくなる気分になります&選挙には慎重になりますよ♪）。
さて、これくらい書くと「誰も助けてくれないよ」という何かかがわかり始めたかと思います。
でも、「さて、どうするか」という部分に関しては答えになってませんね、すみません。
ではズバリ；
・起業する。
・海外へ移住する。
もうね、これしかないのです。すでに起業して失敗しそう、もしくは経営者の皆さん。もうね、あなたたちは海外しかないです。日本国内で生き残る術なし。断言します。
現役の経営者のみなさーん、人件費削ってでも保身したほうがお得ですよ～♪
それで以外のサラリーマンのみなさんはこれから起業するか海外へ移住するか、を考えるべきです。でもそうは言っても日本を離れたくないし、起業のリスクも嫌だと言う方もいるであろうしそのほうが自然ですが、そういう人には以下のアドバイス；
●この先有効な職種
項目変わってしまったが、意外とこういうの大事よ。だってさ、いまあなたがやっている仕事を社内に対して客観的に実績踏まえて話せる・・・・？十中八九無理です。だって、そんなことができるならあなたの年収はサラリーマンにしては破格の三千万円オーバーだと思うよ、マジで。そうじゃなきゃ運だよ、「運」。だから自分の実力過信しないように。
それでこの先転職なり考えて「有効」な職種は何か？という話題になる。
一応の私の答えをいくつか挙げると；
・管理部門
であると思う。正直なところ企業にとっては「コストセンター」ではあるのだが、実はこの職種が一番旨味がある。それにいまだに募集があり、かつ「役割」が明確なのもメリット。具体的には会計とかファイナンスの部門。会社によっては両方やらされるので今後のスキルアップも含め有力だと言える職種。評価基準も今までの経歴のみだし、ある日突然業務の内容が変わるリスクも少なく汎用性も高いことしかしない。オリジナリティとか提案という言葉に無縁な職種なのでルーチンワーク的に日々過ごせるのは良い。
そもそも評価基準が超曖昧なのが良い。会社も評価のしようがない連中を解雇するのは法的にもいささか面倒だ。やっぱこれはメリットだよな。
ただ、この職種の難点としては「おそらくこの世でもっとも世の中知らない人種」なのですよ。なのでひとたび「自由な身分」を与えられると最初に精神疾患患うのはこの人たち。
・技術部門（設計、製作、プログラムなどなど）
これらの人たちはいつでも求人あり。しかも年齢関係なし。が！そうは言っても常に新しい技術を追いかけるのが宿命であり、若手に抜かれるリスクもある。若手に抜かれるというのは語弊があるかも知れないが、そもそもマネジメントする教育されていないのがこの職種。手探りで部下を育てて抜かれるというどうも心理的に微妙な立場。
特に30代でそこそこの規模のプロジェクトを「プロマネ」として回した経験がないと「要員扱い」しかされず年齢の割に貰えるモノは少ない可能性大。
・営業部門
私の専門領域です・・・・。あのね、この閉塞感漂う日本経済に「営業職」は不要なのです。
営業したところで新規が開拓できるわけでもなく、ましてや文句言わない兵隊は欲しいが「経営戦略的な視点で考えてしまう面倒な奴」は不要なのです。よく求人欄にある「経営者として」とか「幹部（患部？）候補」みたいなのはもう日本の社会には必要ないのです。「目先の数字」だけで良いのです。
でも、「目先の数字を追いかける会社」で継続性のある会社は無いんだけどね。
ザックリとこんな感じか。
結局のところ「企業」に必要な人材というのは「管理、制作、営業」の3つです。かなり大まかですが。マーケティング部門というのは余力のある会社が置いている部署であって中小企業では営業マンが兼任するレベル。また商品企画も同類で、制作の連中が営業からのフィードバックで兼任するのが普通です。
今一度自分の立場を考え、何をしているかを冷静に見直しても遅くはない。
