近日、前職時代の方たちとお会いする機会があり、いろいろと情報交換させていただく予定？いやもしかしたらただの飲み会で終わる可能性の方が大きいですが最近の世の中のトレンドに関して私なりの現時点の考えを書いておきます。ひとまず「ITっぽいもの」をメインで。
理由としては会ってから話すよりも事前にベースとなる考えを伝えることで時間短縮とそれ以外にリアルな場面で合う方たちに「私の考えていること」を知っておいて頂ければ話がしやすいかと思っている次第。
興味の無い人には意味が無いかも知れませんが、参考程度に。
何かと話題のSNSですが、使っています。
結局「多言語化」なんですよ。CGM（Consumer Generated Media（死語？））ってそういうもんだったよな。
ちなみに使い勝手が良いか悪いかと言われればあまり良くない。インターフェースが分かりづらい。ただ、私は無料で使っているのでそれはfacebookに合わせるくらいの寛容さで使っている（そもそも無料のものにケチを付けないことにしている）。
あと、やはり77言語に翻訳されておりグローバルスタンダードとしての使い勝手。国産SNSだと海の向こうの人たちに説明するのも面倒だがこれなら世界共通なので楽。
●日本製SNS
大手三社（mixi、Gree、DeNA）は使ってません。例外として「デジタルトキワ荘」は時折使っています。
国内メインでやるならば趣味性というかカテゴリをマニアックなほどに絞らないとビジネスとしてはおろか、サイトの存続意義すら無いと思います。登録数で言うと1～5万人クラスかな。この規模だとユーザー課金じゃないとビジネスとして成立しないだろうね。やり方次第、初期コスト次第だと思うが私の過去の経験からSNSで広告モデルで成立させるには50万人規模くらいじゃないと難しいと思う。
ゲームはいらないし、結局基本に忠実なところが残るんじゃないかと思う。
昨年辺りから国内各社海外進出に積極的。ただ、内容がM&Aだったり、新規事業だったりで違和感覚える。
優秀な人材を集めていると言われている割に短絡的。
なんとなく使っている、というかスマホのアプリ（名称不明）がtwitterとfacebookの両方に反映されるので「使っているように見える」かも。あと「ブログ更新しました」みたいなことはやらない。
二度ほどやったがこれやると暇人が集まってくるだけで既存の読者層とは関係なく継続性も無い。いつも見てくれている人たちは更新したら勝手に見てくれる。売名したい個人とか、起業を目指しているような人たちからもフォロー申請来るが、私から彼らをフォローすることは滅多にない。こういう連中って大抵の場合目つきがキモイ。自己啓発本バカに興味なし。
ブログに関して言えばGoogleリーダーで更新状況は分かるだろうし、広告入っている訳ではないのでこれみよがしにクリック要求されることもないのでGoogleリーダーで見て貰えばいい。それ以外のRSSでも全然構わない。
●Android vs iPhone = ササニシキ vs コシヒカリ
興味ない。
コンビニでおにぎり買うときに「コシヒカリ」と書かれている商品が出回っていますが消費者は「ササニシキ」でも関係無いと思います。おにぎりはおにぎりなのです。興味があるのは「具」の方でツナマヨか梅か、ということが関心事です。
目的が曖昧なユーザーには興味のある事かも知れませんが、私はまずインターネットが見られること、アプリはEvernoteとDropBoxがあればそれで良かった。iPhoneの場合、破損時の保険が適用にならないのでHTCdesireⅡにしただけ。その後、facrbookなど使えるようになり便利に使っているがそれはあくまで結果論。
誤解を恐れて書きますが「ハードウェア」として（特にカメラとスピーカー）はiPhone4の方が全然良いと思っています。単に優先順位の問題。あとやはりUIはAppleが一歩リード。
●広告モデルは悪いのか
Googleは広告以外の収益源がなく、Appleは自社の製品だからAppleが強い、みたいな議論があります。でもこれはそもそも比較対象というか、両者のビジネスモデルが違うので比較しても意味がない。トヨタ自動車とフジテレビを比較して優越を付けても仕方ない。
起業時に「広告」なのか「製品」なのかで事業戦略は違うだろうし、それぞれがそれぞれの事業の柱となる分野で収益を最大化すればいい。途中変更があるかも知れないがそれはよくあることなので別に構わないし、今のところGoogleもAppleもそれぞれの事業ドメインの軸からブレていないように思う。そりゃ細かいこと言えばあるんだろうけどそこまであーだ、こーだ言うことに価値は無い。
影響するとすればに「スマートフォンのOSのシェア」でしょうか。Appleはそもそも一番を目指すビジネスモデルではないし、歴史的に見ても（何をやるにせよ）概ね10%程度のシェアというのが着地点かと。
いずれにせよどの企業も「広告収入だけ」では何かしら成長が止まるタイミングはある。かといって今それを外野席の端の方で立ち見しているような私がこれ以上言うこと無し。
●電子書籍
すでに覇権争いをしていますが「勝者無き戦争」。結局プラットフォームと流通手段の話。消費者としてはもう少し放っておいても良いと思っている。ただ、ハードルの低さから粗雑乱造になりそうな気がする。 これはガラケーの公式コンテンツが同じ歴史を辿ったのでそれに近いかも。
コンテンツホルダーにとっては有利とされているが、有利なコンテンツホルダーはごく僅か。
こういうときこそ「出版以外の資本を組み入れたベンチャー企業」が新たな仕組みを作りそう。印刷とか出版って電子書籍と親和性高そうに見えるんだが、実際のところ旧態依然とした体質が根強いので外部に対してよりも内部調整に時間かかる。これは電子書籍に限らず歴史的にそういう業界。
●最近流行のクーポン関連
後出しジャンケンみたいで嫌だが年明けに騒ぎになった「腐ったおせち料理」。まぁ起きて当然の問題。営業力が全てのビジネスで、個々の営業マンが数字を作るためには無理をさせる必要があるし、店の担当者も数字作るために無理をする。実は顧客が一番損する構造。
あと、名古屋では計画倒産事件もあった。仕組みとしてクレジットカードを使った「前払い」なんだからそういう輩も出てきて当然。クーポンビジネスのビジネスモデルが秀逸なのは「売り掛けの回収」であって利用者よりも売る側のメリットのみ。「安く見せる」というのは縁日で売られている「双眼鏡商売」と同じで「定価」を高くするだけでできる古典的な方法。モノの価値とは無関係。
また、利用する側も極端な値引きに不信感を持たないのも問題。
こんなものを真剣に「良いサービス」だと思って利用する消費者心理は理解しかねる。
営業系のブラック企業が好きそうな商売だとは思う。

ザックリとこんな感じ。現時点での私の立ち位置としては「利用者」なので抽象的かも。それぞれ関わり方によって見え方は違う。いずれにせよこの文章量で全てが伝わる訳でもないし、あとは直接会ったときにでも。
それで総括すると；
ネット系（PC、モバイル合わせて）キーワード
（ユーザビリティ）
・多言語対応（間口を世界に広げる）
・スマホ対応（隙間時間の活用、利用者の利便性、サイト訪問機会の増加）
（コンテンツ）
・責任の所在（参考：誰の言葉か）
・目的の明確化（誰にとって、何のために）
こんなところ。
仮に自分が当事者ならば前述した内容、これらのキーワードを踏まえた上で考えてその後のワークフローを組み立てる。既存でサービスを持っている企業はこの辺を見直すだけで課題が浮き出てくるし、新規事業やM&Aだけが収益を成長させる手段ではないと思う。なんというか知恵の使い方が足りないというか。
やはり「基本は奥義」なのだよね。
また、「誰の言葉か」というのはfacebookが実名を採用しているように、発言している個々人が重みを持つ。すでに影響力のある個人（ホリエモン、孫正義などなど）がいるがこの傾向はますます強くなると思う。以前ならネットで個人名出すことはセキュリティの観点から危険だとされていたが今後は最低限顔写真付きじゃないと読んで貰えなくなると思う。リアルなビジネスでもそうだが「相手の顔が見える」のは重要なことだ。この点に関しては今も昔も変わらない。
私も昨年くらいから意識していたが、ここ最近その意識はますます強くなった。かといって積極的に顔出すほどのものでもないのでHOSONISMのスタンスとしてはケースバイケースとしている。
それで結論としては結局「ブログ」に回帰する。twitterもfacebookもフォローする人やフォロワーが100人越えたくらいのところから誰が何がなんだか分からなくなる。誰がつぶやこうが分からないし、それを追いかけるのも物理的に無理だ。この辺統計の取りようがないのだが（私自身どちらも少ないので）、twitterで「ブログ更新しました」とか言ったときのレスポンス取って見るのも面白い。恐らくホリエモンあたりはこの程度の分析はしているでしょう。
最後はGoogleリーダーで信頼のおける情報を発信している人を一元管理するようになる。そして賢いユーザーはすでにそうしながら情報の取捨選択をしている。
あと、蛇足ですがHOSONISMの当面の課題としては；
・スマホ対応
・動画コンテンツ
・英語化
・サイトデザインのリニューアル
・マネタイズ
