ついに買ってしまいました。単体露出計。
一家に一台、テレビと同じ普及率と言われている単体露出計（ウソですm(_ _)m）。
実際のところデジカメ持っている人の中で露出計持っている人なんて1%以下だろう。もっと言ってしまえば「一眼デジカメ」持っている人でも1%以下だ。
理由は簡単で今のデジカメに内蔵されている「反射式露出計」の精度が高いからである。
露出計を実際に使ってみてよく分かったよ。デジカメ内蔵の反射式露出計は凄い精度だ！
ではなぜ買ったか？（しかも高級コンデジくらいの値段する）
使ってみたかった＆数年前から欲しかったのよ♪
まぁ、実際のところスナップではなく室内とか自宅スタジオ（もどき）で撮るときに内蔵露出計では不安だったのです。デジカメだから撮り直し可能と言えなくもないが、結局それだと再現性が無い。基本的に定常光しか使わないので再現性は薄いのだが、それでも違うのである。特にストロボ使用時はどういう露出なのか分からないので露出計で測定できるメリットはある。
そうは言っても使用頻度は高くない。
いや、もう一つメリットがある。
露出計というのは一度買うとよっぽど保管状態が悪くなければ「一生モノ」なのである。
さすがにデジタル露出計なので何とも言えないが少なくともアナログの露出計を20年以上愛用しているという人は少なくない。
一方、デジカメなんてせいぜい三年だ。減価償却するためには「3円/枚」と言っている人もいる。これは3万円のデジカメなら1万枚、5万円なら約1.7万枚撮れば元が取れるという理論。これはこれでけっこう納得感があり、アマチュアなら納得できる数字ではある。ただ、そこいらの普通の人が年間1万枚も、言ってしまえばシャッターすらそんなに押さないだろう。もしさほど使わないけどとりあえずデジカメが欲しい人なんかは最近のデジカメの性能考えると一万円くらいので十分だと思う。実際「一万円クラス」のデジカメ見ると数年前の4万円クラスと同等かそれ以上の性能だし。
それで単体露出計ですが、これが実に高い代物である。しかもここ数年（限りなく10年に近いと思われる『数年』）新製品というものが無いらしい（※あるかも知れないが知らない）。
なので買ったところで型落ちするわけでもなく、相当長く使えるのでまぁ良いかと。
・・・・。
何をどう言っても高い買い物であることに変わりはないな。
未だに完全稼働状態のカメラ所有していないし・・・。
最近露出計を持ち歩き露出を計るのが楽しい。
これが本当の露出狂・・・・、全く笑えない(T_T)
