ダイエット、トレーニングに共通するのだが「有酸素運動」について。
私はこの単調な運動が「超」嫌いである。なんせ退屈だから。今はダイエット期間中ではないのであまり有酸素運動していないのだよ。
以前、マラソン選手の高橋尚子がインタビューで；
「走っているだけなので走っている時は暇なんです。」
と言っていたのを思い出す。
まぁ、我々はマラソン選手ではないので有酸素運動を選べるのが救いとも言える。エアロバイク、トレッドミル、水泳などなど。ちなみにセックスだって有酸素運動です（※人によっては無酸素運動の場合アリ）。
とにもかくにも有酸素運動しないと脂肪燃焼はしないので嫌々やるわけである。
ただ、世間では「汗をかく＝痩せる」と思っている方もいるかと思うが全く違います。それなら毎日サウナに入っていれば痩せるという話になる。サウナの効用というのは医学的根拠が曖昧なのよ。サウナというのは高温の室内で我慢するだけなんだが人体の表面温度は上がって汗をかくだけ。それは水分を出したに過ぎない。また長時間のサウナは心臓に負担をかけるだけである。
有酸素運動の目的は心肺機能の強化と脂肪燃焼だが、すなわち「（強制的に）血液を循環させる」ことになる。血液が循環することで脂肪が肝臓に送られ燃焼するわけで、血液を流すポンプが心臓だ（※当たり前のことなんですがここをちゃんと意識しないとダメです）。
それで有酸素運動中はやるべきことは「体の中の血液が体中の血管を循環しているイメージ」を持つことである。
アホか？と思われても仕方ない・・・・。
でも、本気だ。繰り返し言おう！
血液循環をイメージしろ！血管に意識を集中しろ！
このイメージを持つのと持たないのでは有酸素運動の効果が違う！とまで言ってしまおう。
終わった後は「いい汗かいたぁ～」ではなく、
「がっちり血液循環したったぜ！グォラ！」
と勝ち誇りましょう（←こういうテンションが大事）。
血液ががっちり循環できた状態というのは血管をちゃんと通る状態にさせたということであり体も覚醒する状態なのです。二日酔いや体がけだるい時にも効果がある。
あのね、すべては「血液に中に」あるのです。脂肪を蓄積するときも、燃焼するときも血液と循環がカギなのだよ。
二日酔いに関して言えば汗をかいたから酒が抜けたのではなく、血液循環を強制的に早めることで肝臓で分解する量が増えたのです。サウナの場合、心臓に負荷がかかっているし、それなりに代謝があがるので「酒が抜けたような感じ」になりますが、有酸素運動の比ではない。
私もサウナは好きだが（当然上記のことを理解した上だがかなり好き♪）、サウナにダイエット効果はないのです（※試しに一時間ほど入ってみると良いですよ。水分だけ抜けて脱水症状になりますから）。
また「20分以上やらないと効果がない。」とか「効果があるのは20分過ぎから。」とも言いますが、確かに長時間やる方が効果はあるが、それは単に「時間×運動量＝消費カロリー」というだけであって、短時間だからダメということではない（効率的かと言われれば、短時間では効率的ではないが効果はゼロではない）。バランスとかトレーニングメニューの組み立て方次第。
いずれにせよ有酸素運動しているときは血液循環が活性化され、ミクロの単位ではあるが脂肪燃焼しているというイメージを持つこと。
意外とこういうことがあらゆるダイエット本に書かれていない重要なことなのです。
（※損する訳でも体に悪い訳でもないから一度騙されたと思ってやってみそ。）

余談ですが昨日某テレビ番組で190キロの女性が55キロを目指すという番組を観た。
テレビ的というか、けっこう無理させてるという印象。体重で目標設定させるのは良いが、まずは「期間」を決めて集中する方が良いと思う。あのやり方だと「いつまで続くのか分からない」という絶望感を感じると思います。あの女性の場合、元々の体重の1/4までダイエットするわけなので多少なり無理がかかると思うが、期間とその期間内の目標体重を設定してあげるほうがモチベーションは維持できる（スモールゴールの設定）。一ヶ月とか二ヶ月単位で目標体重の設定と、結果を踏まえて方法の見直しするというやり方も入れた方が良いと思うが。
あと、筋トレの導入タイミングが遅すぎだわな。
一般的な人のダイエットはあそこまで過酷ではないが、ただ、ああいうのをテレビで放送してしまうとダイエットすることが「地獄の日々」に見えるだろう（テレビ的な演出だよな）。
やはり最初に考えるべき作戦の重要性を再認識しました。
